<span style="color: #222222;">In Manipur, State Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister N. Biren Singh has decided to revise the relaxation guidelines to be implemented in the State during the lockdown-3 and the revised guidelines have been in force from today.<br />'' <br />'' During the meeting the exemptions from the lockdown issued earlier on 3rd April were reviewed and in view of the developments in neighbouring states and arrival of people stranded outside the state, the meeting decided to revise the guidelines.<br />'' <br />'' Now, the State Government has decided to shut down all main markets within the Imphal valley from today onward. Moreover, necessary arrangements would be taken up to strictly implement maintaining social distancing in public areas and public transport, compulsory wearing of mask and following the curfew rules during the lockdown-3.<br />'' <br />'' The meeting also decided to accept the NPA demands of State doctors as a special pay, making necessary travelling arrangements for stranded Manipuris and State Government to bear all the train expenses to reach till any State of Northeast, except for Red Zone districts. It was also decided that the state will provide a sum of 200 rupees per head/per day for arriving Manipuris during their stay at quarantine centres.<br />'' <br />''Manipur Chief Minister made an appeal to people of Manipur to co-operate the revised guidelines. In a video circulated by CMO this evening, Mr Singh said the revised guidelines have been taken up considering public safety and healthcare in priority. State Government has always taken welfare of people in priority and possible help will be provided to citizens of the state.</span><br />
