In Manipur, out of the 17 results declared so far, ten seats have gone in favour of Congress. AITC has won three MSCP-1 and LJP-1.

The Congress is also leading in 11 seats, AITC in 4, CPI and NPF-2 each, MPP and NPP in one each and others in 4 seats.
