Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) in Manipur announced names of five party candidates for the first phase while National People's Party (NPP) released a list of its third phase candidates on Thursday.<br />'' <br />''The list of five NCP candidates include Smt. Poonam Rani Wangkhem from 4- Kshetrigao assembly constituency. She is wife of Ex MLA and former General Secretary of NCP Vivek Raj Wangkhem.
