World AIDS Day was observed under the theme " Communities make the difference " today across Manipur .<br />'' <br />'' The State level observance was held at 1st Battalion Manipur Rifles Ground in Imphal. State Health and Family Welfare Minister, L. JAYENTA KUMAR attended as Chief Guest in the event which was organised by Manipur State AIDS Control Society (MACS).
