The Chief Minister led the War on Drug Campaign aimed to make Manipur a Drug and Poppy Free State and different departments have been conducting raids and poppy plantation destruction drives at the nook and corner of the state specially in hill districts.<br />'' <br />''The Inpui, Liangmai, Rongmei and Zeme tribes are mainly inhabitants of Tamenglong and Noney districts of Manipur.
