In Manipur, the 45-day-old Ibobi Singh Ministry has been expanded with the induction of eight cabinet ministers. They are Irengbam Hemochandra, Govindas Konthoujam, M. Okendra, Ngamthang Haokip, Francis Ngajokpa, Dr. Kh. Ratankumar, Kumari AK Mirabai and Md. Abdul Nashir.State Governor Gurbachan Jagat administered them oath of office and secrecy at a function held at Raj Bhavan, Imphal this afternoon. Later, Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh told mediapersons that road connectivity, power and water supply will get top priority by his government.
