<span style="color: #222222;">In Manipur, the State Government has initiated solar power projects which will provide uninterrupted power supply to Government Health Care facilities situated at the remote areas.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Directorate of Health Services, Manipur in collaboration with solar power firm- SELCO Foundation has provided solar power to 68 Health Care Centres across the three hill districts of Manipur. Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh virtually inaugurated the Solar Power System for these Health Care Centres today.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The remote areas of Manipur had been facing irregularities in power supply due to the long rainy season and its consequences like landslides and floods which interrupt services at Health Care Centres.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Manipur Chief Minister has also proposed to the SELCO Foundation to cover all the remote areas of the State under the project assuring all possible support from the Government side.</span><br />
