<span style="color: #222222;">Manipur Government has decided total shut down of the State except emergency and essential services till 31st of this month as a precautionary measure to contain the spread of Novel Corona virus. So far no positive case of COVID-19 is detected in Manipur. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A State Cabinet meeting under chairmanship of Chief Minister N. Biren Singh was held today at Imphal and review the measures taken by the authorities against the outbreak of Novel Corona virus. The meeting decided for total shut down in the state with immediate effect till the end of this month.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">After the meeting, State Governmant  Spokesman Th. Biswajit said, there will be relaxation for essential and emergency services along with those medical staffs who are engaging in the works related to contain of COVID-19 during the period. He said, the meeting further decided to  give relaxation to those staggered shops which sells groceries items and vegetable in public interest. </span><br />
