All District Administrations and Zonal Education Officers are instructed to ensure strict compliance of the order by all Stakeholders.<br />''<br />''Manipur State Home Department has issued an order wherein certain restrictions have been put on the mass gathering of more than a hundred persons. The order issued this evening said, it has been considered appropriate that the number of mass gatherings be reduced considering the prevailing situation after the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus. Therefore, any gathering of more than a hundred persons, except for family rituals like marriage and Shradha shall be held only with the prior approval of the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned area.<br />'' <br />''The order also directed that the Deputy Commissioner may consider the request and grant permission in case of unavoidable circumstances and should not grant permission as a routine.
