He also said that the private hospital also contributed a lot in fighting COVID pandemic.<br />''<br />''The Shija Academy of Health Sciences under the sponsorship of Shija Hospital and Research Institute has become the first homegrown private medical college in Manipur. The National Medical Commission accorded permission for setting up this private medical college which will have an intake capacity of 150 students per year and academic session will begin from year 2021-22.</span><br />
