Ranjan Singh convened a press conference and said that the Cabinet also decided to lay the Manipur Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Fifth Amendment Bill), 2024, Reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, Budget 2024 – Revised Estimates 2023-24 and Budget Estimates 2024-25 (Vote on Account).<br />''<br />''He said that the Cabinet also decided to place the Manipur Labour Laws (Exemption from Renewal of Registration and Licence by establishment) Manipur Bill, 2024 in the upcoming session for enactment as an Act.
