<span style="color: #222222;">In Manipur, BJP leader and former Education Minister S. Rajen has taken charge as Protem Speaker today. The Governor of Manipur L Ganesan appointed Rajen as Protem Speaker and administrated the oath at the Raj Bhawan Imphal this morning in the presence of newly elected BJP legislators. Rajen who was former Education Minister won from Lamsang constituency. Meanwhile, senior leaders of the BJP are expected to arrive in Imphal today to finalize the formation of new government.</span><br />
