All arrangements have been completed for the repoll in five hill districts of Manipur tomorrow.The security and polling personnel have reached at the 34 polling stations. About 28,076 persons are registered as voters in these polling stations in the Ukhrul, Churachandpur,Tamenglong, Senapati and Chandel districts. The repoll is necessary due to malfunctioning of electronic voting machines and irregularities found during the assembly elections on January 28 last.The repoll would be held between 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. andelectronic machines from interior parts of the hill areas would be brought to the district headquarters by helicopter.Counting of votes for the assembly elections would be held on 6 of March.
