Blaming police laxity for the gangrape of two Dalit sisters in the Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh, Union Women and Child Welfare Minister Maneka Gandhi today said that a “Rape Crisis Cell” will be constituted for speedy action on such incidents. The Minister said that she would recommend a CBI probe into the incident if the family members of the victims want so.
