In Rajasthan, six passengers including a child were killed and more than 15 injured when 15 bogies of Delhi-bound Jodhpur-Delhi Mandor Express derailed on Friday night. According to Chief PRO of North Western railway KL Inkhia, the accident occurred between Jhar and Jatwara stations near Jaipur. The injured have been admitted to SMS hospital in Jaipur. Relief and rescue operations are being carried out at the accident site. State-owned buses have been press into service to take the passengers to their destination. Meanwhile, the North Western railway has diverted 10 trains including Delhi-Ajmer Shatabdi Express and Ahmedabad-New Delhi Rajdhani Express. The Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced ex gratia of Rs five lakh to the kins of the deceased, Rs one lakh for the seriously injured and Rs ten thousand for minor injured.<br/>Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gahlot has also announced ex gratia of Rs two lakh to the kins of the deceased, Rs one lakh for seriously injured and Rs 50 thousand for those received minor injuries.<br/>
