The tourist resort of Manali in Kulu district of Himachal Pradesh received the season's first snowfall today. Manali has received one inch of snow till now. The higher reaches and tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh are experiencing snow or rain and the entire state is under a grip of intense cold.
