Delhi Police has detained one person suspected to be associated with a terror outfit from Roorkee in Uttarakhand. Special Cell of Delhi Police is also questioning three of his associates. The detained suspect, identified as Akhlaq, is likely to be brought to Delhi today and produced before a court. Police said, the suspects are believed to have been planning an attack at the ongoing Ardh Kumbh Mela in Haridwar. <br/><br/>Special Cell tracked down the suspects in a joint operation with a central intelligence agency and they are conducting search operations throughout Uttarakhand. Akhlaq is also being questioned in connection with the recent terror attack in Pathankot as he is believed to have links with terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed.
