CPIM on Thursday alleged that Railway Minister Ms. Mamta Banerjee has made the Railways bankrupt. In reply to a question on the eve the Railway Budget while talking to reporters in New Delhi, the Polit Bureau member Mr. Sita Ram Yechury said that there is wide gap between expenditure and income. He also alleged that Ms Banjerjee also failed to deliver on her promises in the last Budget.
