The Union Railway Minister Ms. Mamta Banerjee is presenting the 2010-11 Railway budget in the Lok Sabha. Some of the highlights of budget;<br/>Females and minorities along with economically backward people proposed to be exempted from paying examination fees for appearing in different examinations in the Railways. <br/>For provision of cheap drinking water to passengers, bottling plants proposed to be set up , focus on improving passenger amenities. The Railways Minister Ms. Mamta Banerjee is presenting now her second Rail Budget in a row. <br/>Speaking to reporters after giving finishing touches to the budget, Ms. Bannerjee said her Rail budget is dedicated to the common man. The Railway minister had met Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh as a customary intercation before the presentation of the budget in the Lok sabha today. It's a second time; Ms Banerjee is presenting the rail budget for the UPA Government.<br/>
