The Trinamul Congress supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee will hold discussions with Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Presidential election tomorrow. Before leaving for the national capital, Ms. Banerjee said that she had received the telephone call from the Congress President on the matter this morning.

Mrs. Sonia Gandhi authorised by the party's working committee to finalise the candidate for the President's post, is now engaged in consultation with allies on evolving a consensus nominee.
