Trinamul Congress supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee will hold discussions with Congress President Sonia Gandhi on the Presidential election today.

Mrs. Gandhi, authorised by the party's working committee to finalise the candidate for the President's post, is now engaged in consultation with allies on evolving a consensus nominee.
