The West Bengal Chief Minister Miss Mamata Banerjee on Monday inaugurated daily flights between Kolkata and Singapore. In a simple ceremony at the Netaji Subhas International Airport in Kolkata on Monday evening, Miss Banerjee flagged off a return flight of Singapore Airlines. Till now Singapore Airlines used to fly three days a week to Kolkata and back. Henceforth flights between the two countries will operate daily.
