<span style="color: #222222;">TMC Chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee talked to the family members of the deceased in Sitalkuchi firing in Cooch Behar through video conference today. She was supposed to meet them today but ECI has banned entry of political leaders to Cooch Behar district for 72 hours. Later talking to news persons at Siliguri, Ms. Banerjee alleged that the CISF was not trained in crowd controlling and the security personnel intentionally shot in the chest of the deceased persons . The TMC supremo said that she would visit Cooch Behar on 14th of this month.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, the BJP blamed the West Bengal Chief Minister for yesterday's unfortunate incident. BJP  leader Amit Malviya yesterday said that Ms. Banerjee told her party workers to gherao central security forces engaged in election duties. The BJP alleged that yesterday's incident was the result of her alleged provocative statement. Our Correspondent reports that 4 persons have died at Sitalkuchi when CISF personnel had to fire in self defence and to control an unruly mob. The ECI has stopped voting at booth number 126  after the incident.</span><br />
