West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has resigned as MP from South Kolkata Constituency following her election as MLA. Trinamool Congress General Secretary Mukul Roy handed over her resignation letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar last evening.
