West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee says, she will remain in state politics. Addressing a party convention in Kolkata she dismissed Narendra Modi's suggestion to her as politics of drama. Modi had suggested in his meeting in Kolkata that she could realise her dream of West Bengal's progress if there is a BJP-led government at the Centre. Taking a dig at Modi's recent interaction with people at tea shops, Banerjee said that unlike the saffron party, her party does not enact drama during election time. She said they interact with people throughout 365 days to get information about the problems of the people. She vowed to take her party to the national scene post-Lok Sabha election.
She said that party is also targeting states like UP, Bihar, Haryana, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Assam. She said they may also contest in Delhi.
