The notification for by elections in two Assembly seats in West Bengal will be issued today. The by elections will be held in Basirhat Uttar and Bhabanipur seats on the 25th of next month. The last day of filing nominations is 5th of September. AIR correspondent reports that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is all set to contest from Bhabanipur constituency as the Trinamool Congress nominee.
