CBI has dismissed the media reports about delay in forwarding evidence to UK Authorities in the case of extradition of fugitive Vijay Mallya as incorrect. <br/><br/>The agency clarified that hearing of 13th June was not for extradition but for case management review to determine further steps to be taken in the case and to draw a time line for extradition proceedings. <br/><br/>It said, the evidence accompanied the request for extradition of Mallya in February this year itself and additional documents were handed over in May to British Prosecution Authorities.
