Informal results from Iraq's Parliamentary election suggest that the coalition led by the Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki has done well particularly in Shia South. However, officials and some politiians said a secular Sunni-Shia Alliance led by a former Prime Minister appear to have performed well in Sunni areas in North and West.
