The intervention application against the bail plea of Pragya Singh Thakur filed by Nisar Ahmed Sayyad Bilal, victim in Malegaon case, was withdrawn today. During the hearing of intervention application, many shortcomings were observed and the court allowed the lawyer to withdraw the application and amend. The amended intervention application is likely to be filed on Monday.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, one more intervention plea was filed by the victim, which is yet to come for the haring. The court today indicated that the bail application of yet another accused will be heard along with Pragya Singh during which court may hear the intervention application too.
