India's shuttle queen Saina Nehwal today waltzed into the Women's Singles quarterfinals of the Malaysia Open Super Series Badminton tournament at Kuala Lumpur. The London Olympics Bronze medalist and top seed Saina defeated Pui Yin Yip of Hong Kong, in straight games, 21-12, 21-9. Saina will next play Nozomi Okuhara of Japan for a place in the semi-finals. London Olympics quarterfinalist P. kashyap has crashed out of the Men's Singles section. He lost to sixth seed Jan Jorgensen of Denmark, 17-21, 14-21.
