Malaysian police has said, they have arrested seven people, including five Filipinos, for suspected links to the Islamic State terror group. It said, most of the arrests were made during an operation in Sabah, on Borneo island and two of the suspects are women.<br/><br/>Malaysia has been on high alert since armed gunmen linked to the Islamic State launched multiple attacks in Jakarta, the capital of neighboring Indonesia, in January last year.<br/><br/>It has arrested more than 250 people between 2013 and 2016 over suspected terror activities linked to Islamic State.
