The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has issued notices to BCCI, UP Cricket Association (UPCA) and state sports department and ordered to make the Green Park stadium of Kanpur fit at all parameters to host international cricket matches.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports, the court has also ordered to produce the action taken report on January 10, 2013, the date of the next hearing. The court further directed the principal secretary sports and youth welfare to produce a statement of accounts in respect of the Rupees 36 crore received from BCCI and the state government for renovation and maintenance work.The court also directed the principal secretary sports and youth welfare and the secretary of UPCA to remain present in court during the next hearing. The order came from a division bench of Justice Uma Nath Singh and Justice VK Dixit on a public interest litigation filed by a Lucknow-based lawyer SK Mishra.
