Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said that one of the major priorities of present Government is to ensure that benefits of Social Security Schemes reach to every section of workers including those working in unorganized sector. <br/><br/>Speaking during his Second pre-Budget Consultative Meeting for the Union Budget with the representatives of different Trade Union Groups in New Delhi yesterday, Mr Jaitley said, the Government is sensitive about the welfare of workers and will take all possible measures to ensure that their interest and welfare is fully protected. <br/><br/>Most of the Trade Union representative gave a joint memorandum to Mr Jaitley. They have urged that next Budget should help in creating more jobs and employment opportunities and minimum wages to 18 thousand rupees.
