At least six persons died and 50 suffered injuries when a major fire engulfed a communitycentre in an east Delhi locality Sunday night. Police said that the incident took place at around 7 PM at the community hall in Nand Nagri area where a function was in progress. Government officials said six bodies have been recovered so far and at least fifty have been injured in the incident. They feared the casualties could go up. 12 fire control vehicles were rushed to the spot to control the fire. Reason behind the mishap is not known yet. Police is investigating the matter.
