In Jammu and Kashmir, a major haul of arms and ammunition was recovered by the police in Kreeri area of Baramula district this morning. Quoting police sources our Baramulla correspondent, Kausar Salam reports, after a specific information police and Special Operations Group busted an underground hideout, from where they recovered more than 150 grenades, made in Pakistan, anti tank mines, IED explosives, radio sets, automatic machine guns and motor bombs.<br/><br/> In the meantime, two militants managed to escape under the cover of darkness after a brief encounter with the security forces last night in Kalampura village of Pulwama district. During the cross firing, one civilian was killed. The situation in the area is tense but under control. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, an FIR has been lodged in Rajpura regarding the incident.
