In Madhya Pradesh, in a major bureaucratic reshuffle the state government transferred 61 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers last evening. They include 17 district collectors including Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain and Rewa collectors. The state government had approved a new transfer policy on Monday and it had lifted a two year ban on transfers.<br/>
