Minister for Environment and Forests Prakash Javadekar today said that maintaining and improving the quality of forests is a major challenge in the country. <br/><br/>Addressing the inaugural session of the two-day Conference of Forest, Wildlife Officers in New Delhi, Javadekar emphasized that people's participation is a must in changing the quality of forests.<br/>The two-day Conference will discuss various issues related to forest and wildlife, including Eco Sensitive Zones and minimizing human-wildlife conflict.
