He said the situation is highly tense and very uncertain with the air space closed, railway schedules in flux and roads crammed. He stated that the Indian government, External Affairs Ministry and the Embassy in Kyiv are working on a mission mode to find a solution to this difficult situation. <br />''<br />''The Ambassador said two advisories have been put out on the situation and urged people to stay wherever they are and in familiar locations. He asked people in transit to return to their familiar places of habitation.
