The main accused in the death of a youth in Kasganj clashes was arrested today. <br/><br/>IG, Aligarh range, Sanjeev Gupta said, the main accused, Saleem, has been nabbed. Kasganj SP Piyush Srivastava said notices pertaining to attachment of properties of the accused have been pasted on their houses. <br/> '<br/>The clashes broke out following a stone pelting incident during a motorcycle rally on the Republic Day. At least 118 people have been arrested in connection with the violence. <br/><br/>Police said normalcy was slowly returning to the violence-hit town where security personnel have intensified patrolling in sensitive areas.<br/><br/>Officials said the state government was preparing a report sought by the Centre on the violence and steps are taken to control it.
