In Rajasthan, the main accused in Bhanwari Devi case, Shahabuddin has been sent to police custody till the 31st of this month. On Monday Shahabuddin was presented in the Special CBI Court at Jodhpur . CBI demanded for extension of his police remand which was accepted. Shahabuddin had surrendered in the CBI Court two days ago.Earlier, the Rajasthan High Court had ordered to include CBI as a party in Bhanwari Devi case last week. Bhanwari Devi, an auxiliary nurse, is missing since the 1st of September. Meanwhile, CBI is looking for another accused Sahiram Vishnoi.
