<span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra's Forest Minister Sanjay Rathod has submitted his resignation to the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. While speaking to the media he said that he has submitted his resignation from ministership for free and fair enquiry in Pooja Chavan death case. He said that the opposition's demand for his resignation is inappropriate and the allegation was levelled against him before enquiry being completed.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Opposition Leader Devendra Fadnavis said that, "It is not yet clear that the resignation is accepted or not or will it be accepted or not. He should have resigned on first day. We also demand that FIR should also be registered in this case."</span><br />
