<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra's economy is expected to grow at minus 8 percent in the year 2020-21. It is the lowest rate ever and the impact of Covid-19 is seen on the growth rate of the economy of the state in the economic survey of Maharashtra tabled in the legislature today. Except Agriculture and allied sectors, all the other sectors are expected to grow with negative growth rate. 11.7 percent growth is expected in the agriculture and allied sectors while industry sector is expected to register minus 11.3 percent and service sector to register minus 9 percent growth rate in the year 2020-21. Agriculture and allied sector is the only sector to remain in the positive zone which was least affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.</span></p>  <br />
