Maharashtra: YCM Hospital in Pimpri Chinchwad now open to non-COVID patients as well

The YCM Hospital in Pimpri Chinchwad, which was reserved for the treatment of COVID-19 patients is now open to non-COVID patients as well.<br />'' <br />''Municipal Commissioner Shravan Hardikar informed that fifty per cent of the hospital beds have been reserved for COVID patients.<br />'' <br />''The hospital has said that care will be taken to ensure that these patients do not come in contact with Corona-infected patients.<br />'' <br />''On the other hand, with the number of Corona virus cases coming down, Solapur District Administration has decided to shut down three COVID dedicated facilities set up across the district.<br />'' <br />''Accordingly, the COVID Care Centres set up at ESIC, Government Polytechnic and Wadia Hospital will be closed.<br />'' <br />''In the last five months, 374 patients received treatment at these facilities.<br />'' <br />''The combined bed capacity of these three facilities was 227 and a team of 150 doctors and support staff were employed to take care of patients.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Civic Medical Officer, Dr. B. Dudhbate has informed that the facilities will be reopened in the future, if required.</span><br />
