It is for the convenience of common people. Meanwhile, Regional Meteorological Center Mumbai today informed that the cyclonic circulation in Arabian Sea has weakened and shifted towards Karnataka. Due to which, warnings issued for Mumbai are lowered. But still there is forcast of heavy to very heavy rain in costal area hence red are issued for Raigad, Sindhudurga and Ratnagiri districts for today and tomorrow. Heavy rain has started in Sindhudurga since afternoon.</span><br />''  <br />
