In Maharashtra, the search operation resumed today at Mahad in Raigad district for the bodies buried under the rubble of a landslide at Taliye. As informed by the Medical Officer of Mangaon Sub-District Hospital, a total of 46 bodies have been recovered from Talilye and 11 are from the accident at Poladpur. Till now, a total of 57 bodies have been recovered from the accidents in Mahad and Poladpur taluka.<br />''<b>&nbsp;</b><br />''A total of 1,000 people have been evacuated from the flood- affected areas in Raigad district. Even though the water in Mahad has receded, the Mumbai-Goa Highway is still jammed.
