<span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra reported 9,812 new cases of COVID-19 today taking the cumulative total to 60,26,847.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to the State's Public Health Department, 8,752 patients were discharged during the day taking the total number of recoveries to 57,81,551.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The recovery rate in the state stands at 95.93 per cent.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Whereas, 179 people succumbed to the infection taking the death toll to 1,20,881.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Case Fatality rate in the state is two per cent. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">As of today, there are 1,21,251, active cases in the state.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On the other hand, Mumbai saw a dip in cases as 648 new infections were reported today, taking the caseload to 7,19,610.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The city recorded 869 recoveries and 15 deaths in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases in the city stands at 13,943.</span>
