Chaitya Bhumi in Mumbai was flooded with importance for Ambedkar’s followers and lakhs of followers always visit the place to pay tributes to Babasaheb Ambedkar.<br />”<br />”Tributes were paid by Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar along with other ministers and officials at Chaitya Bhoomi in Dadar.<br />”<br />”The anniversary was celebrated with enthusiasm in Nagpur and people from different walks of life paid their tributes at Deekshabhumi in Nagpur. Series of programmes were organised at various places including famous Dragon Palace in Nagpur. The processions continued till late in the night.</span><br />
