Entire Maharashtra is observing the death Anniversary of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar as" Mahaparinirvan Din" today. In Mumbai Maharashtra Governor Shri Ramesh Bais,Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar visited Chaityabhoomi and paid floral tribute to Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar. On this occasion , Mumbai City Guardian Minister Deepak Mumbai Suburban Guardian Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar , MP Rahul Shewale were also present at the function and paid tribute to Babasaheb Ambedkar.<br />'' <br />''While addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde reiterated that the construction of statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar at Indu Mill, will be completed soon. This monument will be one of the classic monuments at world level. He further assured that it is our responsibility to convey Babasaheb's thoughts to the next generation. Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also greeted and said that India is progressing rapidly,we are the fifth largest economy in the world and soon we will go to number three. Babasaheb worked in various fields. He assured that the world-class monument on Indu Mill would be completed soon. Mahaparinirvan Din was celebrated in various part of the state viz Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Buldhana,Nagpur,Kolhapur,Akola.Various program like blood donation camps, distribution of school supplies, candle march were organized in various cities. </span><br />
