Maharashtra: Mahashivaratri yatras cancelled at various places in view of coronavirus pandemic

<span style="color: #222222;">Mahashivaratri yatras at various places have been cancelled on the backdrop of  Covid 19 to prevent infection and avoid crowds at temples. In this regard, the state government urged people to celebrate Mahashivratri festival at home.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Every year, Mahashivaratri festival is celebrated  in Maharashtra on huge and with full of pleasure. But this year, due to pandemic Covid, out of 12  jyotirlinga,  Baidyanath temple of Parali Vaijanath, and Bhima Shankar of Pune  has closed at midnight after worship. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state government urged people to celebrate Mahashivratri festival  at home and as a precautionary measure,  the government denied permission to the masses for traveling. Therefore; thousands of devotees are disappointed.</span>
