Talking to AIR News, people from various sectors in the state shared their expectations from the budget.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Agriculture marketing and commodity market expert Shrikant Kuwalekar stressed on three major needs for boosting the agriculture sector. These include crop diversification, bridging the gap between the farmers and the modern market and providing allocations and sops to the Farmers Producers Association.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> <b> </b></span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Pandurang Tathole from the real estate industry in Mumbai shared the sector's concern. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> <b> </b></span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Entertainment Industry, which has been badly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, is also expecting a host of relaxations from the government including waving off GST for theatrical screenings. Santakumar Bhide who is an academician and runs a coaching class shared views on this.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">IT Professional Sunil Gajakosh feels the government should take steps to create more jobs in the IT sector as the industry has been severely affected by the pandemic.</span>
